Free Shipping
We provide free shipping for orders above $97. Your order will ship within 2 to 5 business days via standard shipping. Free shipping is applicable for deliveries within continental USA only excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Time
For USA and Canada

	Standard Shipping
	Depending on your location, shipping time can take between 3 to 10 business days.

For International
There are two shipping options for international orders; Standard and Expedited Shipping.

	Standard Shipping
	Shipping time can take between 1 to 4 weeks. Shipping is insured, but no tracking number will be provided.

	Expedited Shipping
	Shipping time is between 3 to 5 business days. Shipping is insured, with tracking number.

You will be given the option to choose your shipping method during checkout.

Please remember that it does not necessarily mean that you will receive your order within the shipping timeframe. You must allow 2 to 5 business days for order processing and also take into account that the carriers do not deliver on weekends.

For International
There are two shipping options for international orders; Standard and Expedited Shipping.

	Standard Shipping
	35% of order with a minimum of $5.95.

	Expedited Shipping
	55% of order with a minimum of $7.95.

Shipping Insurance
For standard shipping, we use US Postal Service for small, inexpensive items and UPS Ground for larger more expensive items. Additionally PO boxes, APO/FPO deliveries will ship by US Postal Service. There is no insurance for any packages shipped by US Postal Service (meaning we do not credit for lost or damaged packages sent via USPS). Packages sent by UPS are insured.

International shipments are always insured.

Order Processing
We process our orders every day at approximately 12 PM ET (9AM PT). Orders received before this time are generally processed the same day. Generally, please allow between 2 to 5 business days for your order to ship.

Order Tracking
You can track the status of your order on our website until the package is shipped. Please use our tracking form. Once your package is shipped, a carrier shipment tracking number will be emailed to you (if available). You can track the transit of your shipment with the carrier using this tracking number.

Shipping Countries
Currently we ship to anywhere in the world where the carriers will deliver. However we are unable to ship to Afghanistan, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran and North Korea. We apologize for the inconvenience.
