customers. To create a safe, secure and comfortable online experience that responds to
customer's needs, we want to ensure that each of our customers are completely satisfied with their
shopping experience. As part of our commitment to your total satisfaction, we have our
365 Days Product Satisfaction or Your Money Back Guarantee.
Any item purchased from us may be returned for an exchange, alternate selection, full store credit
or refund of the purchase price under the following terms :-
- All returns must reach us within 365 days of the order date.
- You have proof of purchase. This will be your order number.
- We do not charge a stocking or restocking fee.
- Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, the following shipping
policies applies :-

Return shipping and costs of reshipment is the responsibility of the customer. |

If you received your initial order under our Free Shipping policy, we will refund the purchase price less the cost of shipping in your initial order. |
- Shipping is charged by the carrier and is a cost in delivering the merchandise to you. Because we have absorbed the initial cost of shipping under our Free Shipping policy, we regret that we are unable to absorb any further shipping costs.
- We only accept returns of unused products and still in a resalable condition. We do not accept returns of used products or products with broken seals (where applicable) as these may not be considered resalable. For damaged or defective products, please see the next section on Lost, Damaged or Defective Product.
- You may opt to have a replacement product, alternate selection, store credit or refund of purchase price.
- For refunds within 90 days, we will credit the amount back to the credit card that was used during the order. For refunds exceeding 90 days, we will send you a check. If you ordered by check or money order, we will send you a check.
Lost, Damaged or Defective Product
- In the event of a defect in workmanship or function, we will accept returns in unused condition with complete packaging.
- You must contact us within 14 days if a package is missing and has not been delivered or was damaged in transit. Claims cannot be made with the carrier beyond 14 days after the ship date.
- A carrier shipment tracking number is provided with every order. If your shipment tracking number confirms delivery but you did not receive your package, please contact your carrier for further information.
- We cannot be held responsible if your package was confiscated by customs.
Requesting A Return
- Send us an email at returns@worldwar2aces.com and provide your name, order number and a brief description of your return.
- We will send you complete instructions on how to return your package.
- Do not send us any returns without an RMA number. An RMA number can be obtained by contacting us.
